Frequently Asked Questions

  • We take away the guesswork of planning where, when, and with whom to dine.

Each dinner gathers a small group of women who begin the evening as strangers and leave with new connections.

Every table opens with our “Be Seated & Chatty” conversation cards, which guides the conversation and remove the pressure of figuring out what to talk about next.

After many dinners we leave space for optional follow-up coffee meetup or joining our private community.

  • Of course, you can plan to come to a dinner or experience with a friend.

However, the majority of our guests come alone to expand their community. We simply encourage staying open to engaging with everyone at the table as you join our dinners or experience.

  • Seated with Strangers home base is in Richmond, VA, where we host monthly dinners in the city.

Seated with Strangers also has a growing community across multiple cities in the U.S. where women connect through dinners and experiences.

  • Our private community is for women who want to go beyond the dinner table to continue building connections.

Inside the community we create space for curiosity and continued connection through:

    • monthly in-person meetups

    • travel opportunities

    • workshops and Corporate Strangers conversations

WHITNEY HALL

SWS DINNER PARTY IS SO HARD TO CAPTURE IN WORDS BECAUSE IT'S AN EXPERIENCE LIKE NO OTHER …It's a feeling. A feeling I can best describe as safe. & the conversations did not disappoint! The beauty of having built-in questions to ask at the table is it takes the pressure off to come up with something interesting to say to complete strangers (haha!). Also, the range of questions! From fun and light to serious and introspective, they really gave us a chance to know each other in a well-rounded way. All in all, I will say this is an experience I hope every person gets to have at some point in life..”
